Returns & Exchanges
For sanitary reasons, the majority of our eyelash extension supplies are final sale.
This includes our eyelash extensions, all liquids, disposable products, kits,
mannequin heads, replacement eyelids, masks and lash pillows.
The following items MAY be returned or exchanged under certain circumstances:
- Humidity reader (unopened and unused)
- Nano mister (unopened and unused)
- Electric handheld fan (unopened and unused)
The following items MAY be exchanged if product arrived damaged:
- Curved tweezer
- Straight tweezer
- L+ volume tweezer
Please inspect all items as soon as it is received. Please contact us through email within 24 hours of receiving the product if you believe the product your received is damaged. A claim will be filed with the courier company for damage inspection. All damaged items must be returned along with original packing materials. We reserve the right to either replace the item or provide you with store credit. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without approval.
All of our online courses are final sale UNLESS the kit has not yet been sent to you and you have not yet been granted access to the online course.
